As a successful serial entrepreneur, a knowledgepreneur, a certified CHAP home healthcare, and hospice consultant, an accredited Home Care Provider, and mentor, a #1 best-selling author, a non-profit leader, and a motivational speaker. In addition to these accomplishments, I proudly embrace the roles of a devoted spouse and a nurturing mother. I have successfully navigated the complexities of building and managing businesses while maintaining a harmonious family life. It is with great enthusiasm that I share my journey and inspire others with the possibilities that can be achieved through hard work and a balanced approach to life.

Mykeshia, a successful entrepreneur with extensive experience in healthcare administration, offers consulting services to fellow home care agency owners. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare/Long-Term Care Administration and a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law in progress, she continues to enhance her knowledge and expertise. After running her own agency for two years, Mykeshia recognized a need to help other home care owners manage and grow their agencies.

As a person of color, Mykeshia observed how marginalized communities are often overlooked and stereotyped due to a lack of training, knowledge, professionalism, and poor communication skills. To address this issue, she created a consulting program that provides comprehensive guidance for agency owners on properly running and maintaining their businesses. Her services cover topics such as financial management, human resources, marketing, and legal compliance.
